The Digital Wellness Journey is designed for those who want to build a rock-solid wellness foundation from the comfort of home. This program pairs four weeks of 1:1 coaching with 12 weeks of our Virtual Wellness Foundation membership, giving you the digital tools and personal guidance to realign your habits on your own terms.
The Wellness Alignment is designed for those ready to move from feeling off-track to feeling fully centered. This program provides an intensive 6 week coaching jumpstart followed by 6 months of community-supported wellness. Over the next 6 months, you will move into a lifestyle of joyful movement and local RVA connection.
The Wellness Solution is a year-long partnership designed for those ready to move beyond trying and ready to start living in alignment. By combining an intensive coaching foundation with a full year of community support, Lindsey guides your transformation to be both joyful and permanent. If you are finally ready to make lasting improvements to your wellness with lots of joy along the way, then this program is just what you need.
The Manifesting Wellness Guided Journal includes 28 journaling sections, and 18 practical templates, designed to support your wellness habits and help you achieve your goals.

Meet Lindsey K.—a Wellness Coach and homeschooling mom of two who understands the beautiful, chaotic juggle of life. Lindsey knows firsthand that while wellness is the heartbeat of a joyful life, finding the balance of time and energy can be difficult when your schedule already feels at capacity.
Drawing from 17 years of experience as a personal trainer, helping hundreds of women improve their wellness, Lindsey started Manifesting Wellness Collective as her gift to the busy woman needing a joyful, low-stress, high-impact approach to self-care that fits into the reality of life.
Lindsey’s own fitness journey has evolved alongside her life. She has conquered triathlons, pushed limits as a competitive Strongman athlete, and crossed a marathon finish line. Today, her focus is mainly on core strength, long walks with friends, new Wellness Adventures and joyful movement. (She will still occasionally train for a fun 5k or Strongman competition.)
