The 4 group wellness coaching sessions include weekly, 55-minute virtual group sessions. Each session starts with breathwork and includes a weekly wellness review, practical wellness information, relevant worksheets, and real-life suggestions.

Group sessions start every 1st Sunday of the month at 6:30pm EST. Scheduling link will be sent after checkout.

About Your Coach:

Lindsey K. is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Virtual Coaching Specialist, CES Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist and USAWeightlifting Certified Coach. She has worked in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years, guiding many people to achieve their wellness goals. She has been a triathlete, competitive Strongman athlete and marathon runner. She is now in her Pilates, core strength and long walks with friends era, although she will train for the occasional Strongman competition or 5K for fun. When she is not manifesting wellness, she is grateful to be homeschooling, traveling and living life to the fullest with her husband and two children.
